Ordering
We can accept most debit and credit cards inc. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo , as well as cheques and Postal Orders. Please include Postage & Packing charges if applicable (see below).

Payment by credit/debit card: Please phone or write your order in, giving the following details; card number, name and initials on the card, expiry date and card holders address, including phone number. At present we do not hold a secure site for online selling and therefore we do not recommend card details via e-mail. However, you can e-mail your order followed by payment as above. This could help to reduce delivery time.

Delivery
Within 7 days if puzzle is in stock Otherwise allow up to 21 days. Please e-mail for special requirements or for more precise times.

Special Service
No two woods are the same and each puzzle made will vary slightly from the photo image on this site or from a puzzle you might have seen at a show.  To compensate for this, I can offer the following service prior to ordering.                 

To preview a puzzle before buying, e-mail us mentioning the item you would like to see and provided the item is in stock, we will by return, e-mail you a photo image. The item in question will be reserved for 48 hours. with no commitment to buy.  However, this service cannot be offered at the time of a show including 2 days beforehand.

Care and Maintenance
Application of a good quality beeswax polish is recommended from time to time, to the bowls and trays, but not to the puzzle pieces. These can be cleaned with a cloth dampened with white spirit and buffed with a dusting cloth.  Most woods are prone to bleaching, particularly if placed in a sunny position, so avoid siting the puzzles on windowsills or other brightly lit areas.
